It's Time To Blog Ahead!

Yall know the drill. Blog Ahead is all about doing exactly that...getting ahead with your blogging.

The goal is to increase the number of scheduled (aka finished) posts you have so that if an emergency pops up or vacation or life just gets busy or you simply don't feel like blogging...you have a backup plan in place and your blog won't go dark.

It has saved my blog many times over the last few years when the herd was sick or I just needed a break but still wanted the blog to be active.

It's not an easy challenge but it's pretty amazing to look back at the end of it and go wow I have an entire week (or four!) completely done! No need for rushed 1150pm blogging so posts will be done at midnight. lol

This One's A Little Different

Usually we have a set time frame for Blog Ahead. This March we're trying something different and instead of a set two week event where everyone starts and finishes on the exact same day we're going flexible.

The overall event will begin March 1st and end March 31st.

However you get to pick which weeks you participate. Want to join in for all four weeks? Awesome. Only able to do one week? That's fine, too! Pick whichever week in March works for you and blog your heart out.

The Levels
4 week challenge-- Increase your posts by 30

3 week challenge-- Increase your posts by 21

2 week challenge-- Increase your posts by 15

1 week challenge-- Increase your posts by 7

To sign up just add your blog name below. If you do a blog announcement post link that but otherwise main blog page is fine. You can announce in a separate post or weekly roundups or even just on social media :)
