It's almost October and that means it's time for our annual Blog Ahead Challenge! A full month to blog your heart out and up the number of finished posts you have scheduled.

This challenge is amazing for vacation prep, holiday prep, for emergencies or blogger slumps that pop up. Having those extra completed posts has helped keep my blog from going dark many times over the years when life gets in the way of blogging.

It's Time To Blog Ahead!

Yall know the drill. Blog Ahead is all about doing exactly that...getting ahead with your blogging.

The goal is to increase the number of scheduled (aka finished) posts you have so that if an emergency pops up or vacation or life just gets busy or you simply don't feel like blogging...you have a backup plan in place and your blog won't go dark.

I love this challenge, yall!

Blogging Ahead has saved my blog over the years. Having that extra cushion of posts that are already done or nearly done keeps my blog going through emergencies, vacations, blogging slumps (I've seriously only formatted like 2 posts in the last 2 months! yikes! but my blog keeps going because of this challenge) and just when life gets busy. It's a huge relief for me to know the blog won't go entirely silent.
